About the Role

As a Cleaner (Muwazzaf Nazafa), you will perform essential cleaning tasks to maintain spotless, hygienic, and safe environments for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms and kitchens, emptying trash, and general upkeep.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Cleaners enjoy consistent demand, flexible hours in some roles, and the satisfaction of visible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dust and wipe all surfaces – desks, counters, shelves, furniture, and fixtures
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum hard floors, carpets, and rugs
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms – toilets, sinks, mirrors, urinals, and floors
  • Clean and disinfect kitchens – countertops, sinks, stoves, refrigerators (if applicable)
  • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly (Saudi recycling guidelines)
  • Replenish supplies – soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, air fresheners
  • Report any damage, repairs, or safety hazards to supervisor immediately
  • Follow client instructions and respect privacy, especially in residential homes or offices
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely according to Saudi safety standards
  • Maintain cleaning equipment – mops, buckets, vacuums, scrubbers – and notify of repairs
  • Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors as directed

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Physical stamina for standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 15 kg, and repetitive motions
  • Keen eye for detail and pride in producing clean, sanitized results
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions (basic Arabic or English accepted)
  • No prior cleaning experience required – comprehensive on-the-job training provided
  • Must have valid Saudi iqama or ability to obtain work visa (employer provides sponsorship)
