About the Role

As a Factory Helper, you will assist production line operators, machine tenders, and supervisors with essential tasks such as feeding materials, packing finished products, cleaning work areas, and moving supplies. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a safe, efficient, and hygienic production environment.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, and temperature-controlled or non-temperature-controlled environment. Many factories offer rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night) with shift premiums for less desirable hours, increasing your overall earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feed raw materials into production machines or assembly lines
  • Pack finished products into boxes, cartons, or pallets
  • Inspect products for visible defects or quality issues
  • Label, seal, and stack finished goods for shipping
  • Clean and sanitize workstations, floors, and equipment
  • Remove waste and recyclable materials from production areas
  • Assist machine operators with basic tasks and changeovers
  • Follow all health, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) – gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
