About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, upselling menu items, handling payments, and maintaining table cleanliness.
This role requires working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and may involve standing for long periods, light lifting, and flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exceptional service leads to higher tips and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions
